Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK mainland on all orders of £100 and over.  This is based on the total cost of the goods excluding VAT and does not include areas outwith UK mainland.

We aim to deliver within 2 business days of receiving your order.  Goods will either be sent by parcel courier or by Royal Mail. 

Please inspect parcels carefully on receipt.  If you receive damaged or defective goods from us please contact us within 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and inspection of goods. Should we, upon receipt of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods. We will cover re-postage costs for defective or damaged goods.

Returns

Item Refunds

Refunds for items returned will be credited to your credit/debit card within 7 days of cancellation. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Product Not Required

We try to provide as much information within our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase.

Should you require to return any product, you may do so at any time up to 7 working days starting the day you receive your delivery.

Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. We advise that you obtain a proof of posting certificate available free at any post office.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive the incorrect item from us we will offer you a prompt replacement, refund or alternative item to the same value. Please contact us with 7 days quoting your original order number, and we will arrange for the uplift and delivery of goods.
